(1) Examination fee for a person desiring to be licensed as an embalmer who is required to sit for an examination, as provided by Florida Statutes § 497.368, shall be $110.00 for the Florida laws and rules portion and $200.00 for the conference portion, and shall be paid at the same time as the licensure fee. The $200.00 for the conference portion includes the actual per applicant cost for purchase of portions of the examination.

    (2) Examination fee for a person desiring to be licensed as a funeral director who is required to sit for an examination, as provided by Florida Statutes § 497.373, shall be $110.00 for the Florida laws and rules portion and $200.00 for the conference portion. The $200.00 for the conference portion includes the actual per applicant cost for purchase of portions of the examination.
    (3) Examinations will be administered on the second Monday in January and July of each calendar year.
    (4) All properly completed applications must be filed in the Board office at least ninety (90) days prior to the date on which the examination is to be administered. Otherwise the applicant shall schedule for the next available examination.
