The purpose of these rules is to enable the Agency for Health Care Administration, with the assistance of the Office of Insurance Regulation, to obtain information from health insurers and other entities which provide similar coverage so that AHCA may determine whether health insurance or health care services provided pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 641, could be, should be, or have been claimed and paid with respect to medical care and services furnished to any person eligible under Florida Statutes § 409.903
