As used in Section 627.736(1)(b), F.S.
(1) Determination of “”gross income,”” as to employed persons, shall be established in the same manner as “”average weekly wage”” under Florida Statutes § 440.14
(2) The phrase “”loss of earning capacity”” is interpreted to mean loss of income which the injured person may reasonably show would have been earned except for the injury.
