The term “”subject of insurance”” as used in chapter 635, F.S., is hereby interpreted to mean a borrower’s promise to pay the debt secured by a mortgage or the aggregate of such borrower’s promises to pay a series of debts secured by one or more mortgages on one or more parcels of real property.
