(1) Pursuant to Florida Statutes § 663.12(3), OFR shall charge each international banking corporation which maintains an office in this state and is licensed under the provisions of chapter 663, F.S., an examination fee equal to the actual cost of each examiner’s participation during each examination of such international banking corporation. The examination fee shall equal the actual cost of the examination, but in no event shall such fees (inclusive of travel expenses and other incidental expenses) be less than $200.00 per day for each examiner participating in the examination.
(2) For purposes of this section, “”actual cost”” means the direct salary (excluding employee benefits), travel expenses and other incidental expenses required as a result of the examination staff’s onsite and offsite examination of the Florida office of the international banking corporation. In addition, “”actual cost”” shall include the travel expenses of any supervisory staff required as a result of examination findings.
(3) The actual cost of any field staff person and supervisor required for training assignments approved by management shall be excluded from the examination fee charged the international banking corporation.
(4) All examination fee payments shall be postmarked within 30 days after receipt of an invoice from OFR.
