(1) Examinations of family trust companies, licensed family trust companies, and foreign licensed family trust companies will be conducted under Florida Statutes § 662.141
    (2) Subsequent to any examination of a licensed family trust company by the Office, the Office shall provide the licensed family trust company with written findings, recommendations, comments, and conclusions resulting from such examination.
    (3) The Office will provide a written notice to the family trust company, licensed family trust company, or foreign licensed family trust company stating the costs due as a result of an examination conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes § 662.141 The company must remit payment for the cost of the examination within 30 days of the date of notice stating that such costs are due.
