Any apprenticeship program deregistered pursuant to Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 6A-23, may be reinstated upon presentation of evidence that the apprenticeship program will operate in accordance with Fl. Admin. Code Chapter 6A-23 Such evidence shall be presented to the Department through the Director of Apprenticeship at: 325 West Gaines Street, Room 754, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399.
