The Florida Solar Energy Center, is governed by Florida Statutes § 377.705 It shall be administered by the University of Central Florida for and on behalf of the Board of Regents. The University shall adopt such rules as are necessary to carry out the purposes of the program of the Center and as are consistent with Board policies and rules.
