The Department will develop an annual plan for the administration of the Program and distribution of bonus payments, as described in Florida Statutes § 445.08(4) The Department shall follow the annual plan for fiscal year 2022-2023 as submitted to the Governor’s Office of Policy and Budget and the chairs of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees no later than July 16, 2022. For fiscal years 2024 and 2025, DEO shall submit annual plans to the Governor’s Office of Policy and Budget and the chairs of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees no later than October 1st of each year.
