- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
All general obligation refunding bonds issued pursuant to ss. 132.33–132.47 shall contain a recital that they are issued pursuant to ss. 132.33–132.47.
