- USERRA: means the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, chapter 43 of Title 38 U. See Florida Statutes 250.01
In the event that any other provision of law conflicts with SCRA, USERRA, or the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of SCRA, USERRA, or the provisions of this chapter, whichever is applicable, shall control. Nothing in this part shall construe rights or responsibilities not provided under the SCRA, USERRA, or this chapter.
