- Fee simple: Absolute title to property with no limitations or restrictions regarding the person who may inherit it.
All persons engaged in air commerce in the transportation of mail, freight, express and passengers by aircraft between fixed termini and on fixed schedules are hereby delegated authority to exercise the right and power of eminent domain, that is, the right to appropriate property, except state or federal, for the purpose of securing land for airports, air terminals, seaplane bases and landing fields in the state; and the fee simple title to all property so taken and acquired shall vest in such person unless such person seeks to condemn a particular right or estate in such property. The procedure in acquiring said property shall be that prescribed and set forth in chapter 73.
