Terms Used In Florida Statutes 347.20

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Nothing in this chapter shall affect or impair any right or privilege belonging to any individual or corporation by virtue of any law of this state.
