- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
In addition to, or in lieu of, any other discipline imposed pursuant to s. 472.033, a person who wrongfully takes an examination in whole or in part or reproduces or copies an examination administered by the department, whether such examination is reproduced or copied in part or in whole and by any means, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
