(1) The department may, at any time during business hours, enter any business location of a health studio required to be registered pursuant to ss. 501.012501.019, examine the books or records of the health studio, and subpoena all necessary records when the department has reason to believe a violation of the provisions of ss. 501.012501.019 has occurred.
(2) The department has the authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement ss. 501.012501.019.
(3) The department shall:

(a) Provide each business location of a health studio with a registration number at the time of registration.

(b) Provide a certificate of registration which prominently displays the registration number.
(c) Place all fees and fines collected pursuant to ss. 501.012501.019 in the General Inspection Trust Fund of Florida as created in s. 570.20.
