- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
Any person, firm, corporation, or association engaged in receiving, packing, handling, or selling bakery products in permanent containers may, in order to designate the ownership of such containers or distinguish such containers from other similar containers, adopt, own, and use any name or mark and permanently affix such name or mark on any bakery container it owns, except a cardboard, fiberboard, or corrugated container.
