- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
If any firm, copartnership, association or corporation violates any of the provisions of this chapter, every director, officer, agent, employee or member participating in, aiding or authorizing the act or acts constituting a violation of this chapter shall be guilty of violating this chapter, and shall be subject to the punishment herein provided.
