Terms Used In Florida Statutes 526.11

  • person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, for a first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083, and, for a second or subsequent offense, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
