- political subdivision: include counties, cities, towns, villages, special tax school districts, special road and bridge districts, bridge districts, and all other districts in this state. See Florida Statutes 1.01
A retail outlet as defined in s. 526.303 is not required to provide air or vacuum supply without charge. A political subdivision of this state may not adopt any ordinance regarding the pricing of such commodities. All such ordinances, whether existing or proposed, are preempted and superseded by general law.
