- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
Any log found in any county branded with a brand recorded in said county by any person shall be deemed prima facie to be the property of such person.
