- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
The circuit courts of this state shall have the power to enforce any of the provisions of ss. 593.101–593.117, and any rule of the department pursuant thereto, by mandamus or temporary or permanent injunction, either or both, upon the application of the department, against any person who violates any provision of ss. 593.101–593.117 or any rule of the department adopted pursuant to ss. 593.101–593.117.
