Terms Used In Florida Statutes 630.101

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
The office may from time to time examine trusteed assets of any insurer in accordance with the same conditions and procedures governing the examination of insurers in general under part II of chapter 624.
