- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
All information required by the financial institutions codes or rule of the commission to be furnished in conjunction with applications to form, acquire or acquire assets of, merge, or change control of a financial institution must be verified by the office by all reasonable means available. The office shall conduct a detailed review of all financial information provided by an applicant, including a review of assets totaling 5 percent or more of the applicant’s net worth.
