Terms Used In Florida Statutes 695.015
- political subdivision: include counties, cities, towns, villages, special tax school districts, special road and bridge districts, bridge districts, and all other districts in this state. See Florida Statutes 1.01
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
All laws which purport to convey title to real property from one governmental agency or political subdivision to another shall be recorded in the public records of the county or counties in which the property is located, and such laws shall contain a provision requiring such recording.
