§ 175-a. Review by court. The final determination of the commissioner on a hearing as authorized by subdivision six of § 174 of the civil practice law and rules, provided, however, that a stay shall not be granted by the court or a justice thereof pending final determination of the matter except on notice to the commissioner. The determination of the commissioner after the opportunity for a hearing and any hearing shall be final unless within thirty days from the receipt of written notice thereof a proceeding is instituted to review the same.
