§ 3434. Motor vehicle insurance policies; disabled persons; prohibitions against cancelling, refusing to issue or renew policies. Insurers shall be prohibited from cancelling or refusing to issue or renew a motor vehicle insurance policy to any person with a disability, as defined in subdivision twenty-one of § 292 of the executive law, unless based on sound underwriting and actuarial principles reasonably related to actual or anticipated loss experience.
