§ 7714. Examination of the corporation; annual report. The corporation shall be subject to examination and regulation by the superintendent. The corporation shall submit to the superintendent, not later than May first of each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the superintendent and a report of its activities during the preceding calendar year.

- Corporation: means The Life and Health Insurance Company Guaranty Corporation of New York created under section seven thousand seven hundred six of this article unless the context otherwise requires. See N.Y. Insurance Law 7705
