§ 66-l. Certificates of participation executed and delivered by the state of New York bond bank agency on behalf of a political subdivision. The provisions of this article shall not apply to certificates of participation executed and delivered by the state of New York bond bank agency on behalf of a political subdivision as provided for in § 109-b of the general municipal law and § 2435-a of the public authorities law.
