The objects and purposes contained in the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to provide for an increased annual appropriation for agricultural experiment stations and regulating the expenditure thereof” are assented to; and the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida is authorized to accept and receive the annual appropriations for the use and benefit of the agricultural experiment station fund of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences of the University of Florida, located at Gainesville, upon the terms and conditions contained in said Act of Congress.
