- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
The committee appointed by the county commissioners for the purpose aforesaid shall receive compensation for their services as may be agreed upon; provided, they shall not be paid more than $5 per day for time actually spent by each person.
