Terms Used In Florida Statutes 250.19
- National Guard: means the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard. See Florida Statutes 250.01
- Officer: means a commissioned officer or warrant officer. See Florida Statutes 250.01
- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
- Troops: includes personnel of the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard. See Florida Statutes 250.01
Any officer or enlisted person of the Florida National Guard, traveling on military business not with troops, in obedience to the orders of the Governor, must be reimbursed for expenses incurred in the performance of such duties as prescribed by law for state officers and employees.
