Terms Used In Florida Statutes 366.125
- Commission: means the Florida Public Service Commission. See Florida Statutes 366.02
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
Any provision of this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, the jurisdiction of the commission over the sale of natural gas shall not extend beyond the outlet of the customer’s meter set assembly when the means of delivery of natural gas is other than by pipeline.
