- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
Any person who willfully fails to submit information as required by ss. 377.601–377.608, or submits false information, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in ss. 775.082 and 775.083.
