- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
As soon as practicable after such commissioners have been elected and qualified, they shall meet and organize by the election from among their number of a chair, a secretary and a treasurer. Two members of the board shall constitute a quorum. The vote of two members shall be necessary to transact business.
