Terms Used In Florida Statutes 388.321
- County: means a political subdivision of the state administered by a board of county commissioners. See Florida Statutes 388.011
- District: means any mosquito control district established in this state by law for the express purpose of controlling arthropods within boundaries of said districts. See Florida Statutes 388.011
All equipment purchased under this chapter with state funds made available directly to the county or district shall become the property of the county or district unless otherwise provided, and may be traded in on other equipment, or sold, when no longer needed by the county or district.
