- Respiratory care services: includes :(a) Evaluation and disease management. See Florida Statutes 468.352
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
(1) The board is authorized to establish minimum standards for the delivery of respiratory care services and to adopt those rules necessary to administer this part.(2) The board may administer oaths, summon witnesses, and take testimony in all matters relating to its duties under this part.(3) The board may adopt rules to administer this part, including rules governing the investigation, inspection, and review of schools and colleges that offer courses in respiratory care in order to ascertain their compliance with standards established by the board or appropriate accrediting agencies.
