- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
A person may not mix, blend, compound, or adulterate the liquid fuel, lubricating oil, grease, or similar product of a manufacturer or distributor with a liquid fuel, lubricating oil, grease, or similar product of the same manufacturer or distributor of a character or nature different from the character or nature of the liquid fuel, lubricating oil, grease, or similar product so mixed, blended, compounded, or adulterated, and expose for sale, offer for sale, or sell the same as the unadulterated product of such manufacturer or distributor or as the unadulterated product of any other manufacturer or distributor. However, this chapter does not prevent the lawful owner of such products from applying his, her, or its own trademark, trade name, or symbol to any product or material.
