- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by law.
