(1) If a registered agent changes his, her, or its name or address, the agent may deliver to the department for filing a statement of change containing the following:
(a) The name of the foreign corporation represented by the registered agent.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Department: means the Florida Department of State. See Florida Statutes 607.01401
- Foreign: means , with respect to an entity, an entity governed as to its internal affairs by the organic law of a jurisdiction other than this state. See Florida Statutes 607.01401
- Foreign corporation: means an entity incorporated or organized under laws other than the laws of this state which would be a corporation for profit if incorporated under the laws of this state. See Florida Statutes 607.01401
(b) The name of the registered agent as currently shown in the records of the department for the corporation.
(c) If the name of the registered agent has changed, his, her, or its new name.
(d) If the address of the registered agent has changed, the new address.
(e) A statement that the registered agent has given the notice required under subsection (2).
(2) A registered agent shall promptly furnish notice of the statement of change and the changes made by the statement filed with the department to the represented foreign corporation.
