Terms Used In Florida Statutes 627.361
- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
- Rating organization: means every person, other than an authorized insurer, whether located within or outside this state, who has as his or her object or purpose the making of rates, rating plans, or rating systems. See Florida Statutes 627.041
No person shall willfully withhold information from or knowingly give false or misleading information to the office, any statistical agency designated by the office, any rating organization, or any insurer, which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this part.
