- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Corporation: means the Florida Workers' Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association, Incorporated. See Florida Statutes 631.904
Notwithstanding s. 631.913, the corporation shall assume the liability for the payment of the workers’ compensation indemnity and medical benefits that are due to claimants covered by the Certified Pulpwood Dealers Self-Insurers Fund. The corporation shall assess the former members of the Certified Pulpwood Dealers Self-Insurers Fund pursuant to the provisions of this act.
