- Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). Source: OCC
- self-supporting improvements: shall mean any dock, pier, wharf, bathing beach or recreational facility and parking areas in connection therewith, established pursuant to this article from which revenues are obtained by the imposition and collection of rates, fees, tolls or admissions.
