§ 212. Designation of depositaries. All moneys received by the county treasurer shall be deposited and secured in the manner provided by § 10 of the general municipal law. Nothing herein shall be deemed to limit the power of a court of competent jurisdiction or of the state comptroller to make directions concerning deposits of court and trust funds.
