§ 570.48 Alias warrant of arrest.
Terms Used In N.Y. Criminal Procedure Law 570.48
- Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
- Governor: includes any person performing the functions of governor by authority of the law of this state. See N.Y. Criminal Procedure Law 570.04
The governor may recall his warrant of arrest or may issue another warrant whenever he deems proper.
