§ 5701. Cornell university continued. The corporation known as Cornell university, located at Ithaca, is continued with all the rights, and subject to all the liabilities contained in the act of incorporation, being chapter five hundred eighty-five of the laws of eighteen hundred sixty-five, as amended.
