§ 99-p. Municipality, district corporation or school district as reciprocal insurer. Any county, town, city, village, district corporation (as defined in paragraph three of § 2.00 of the local finance law), or school district and board of cooperative educational services, may become a subscriber to a municipal reciprocal insurer formed under Article 61 of the insurance law.
