§ 342-ccc. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the "Paul Cerjan Memorial Highway". All that portion of the state highway system constituting New York route 781/future interstate route 781 from its beginning at interstate route 81 in the town of Pamelia, Jefferson county, to its eastern terminus in the town of Le Ray, Jefferson county, also referred to as the Fort Drum connector, shall be designated and known as the "Paul Cerjan Memorial Highway".
