§ 342-qq. Portion of state highway system to be designated and known as the "Father Joseph Champlin Memorial Highway". All that portion of state highway system constituting state route one hundred seventy-four from the southern town limit of Camillus continuing through the town of Camillus to its junction at state route five Camillus in Onondaga county shall be designated and known as the Father Joseph Champlin Memorial Highway.
