§ 84.11 Distribution requirements.
Terms Used In N.Y. Mental Hygiene Law 84.11
- Qualified expenses: shall mean any qualified disability expense included in paragraph (5) of subsection (e) of section 529A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any regulations promulgated thereunder. See N.Y. Mental Hygiene Law 84.03
Designated beneficiaries shall be eligible for a distribution from the accumulated funds deferred to their NY ABLE savings account established pursuant to this article, in full and partial disbursement options for qualified expenses.
