§ 196. Reports. The commissioner and the administrator shall make an annual report to the legislature and the governor which shall describe the quality and quantity of spills of petroleum, the costs and damages paid by and recovered for the fund, and moneys spent pursuant to subdivision three of section one hundred eighty-six of this article including amounts spent for oil spill prevention and training activities conducted, and equipment purchased, and the economic and environmental impact on the state as a result of the administration of this article.
